Job Description
POSITION SUMMARY
Air Products, along with its joint venture partners are developing a world-scale green hydrogen production facility powered by renewable electricity in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to produce Green Hydrogen. As the Sr. Integration Specialist, you will be responsible for the following:
- Integrate project schedules into a single overarching document
- An extensive understanding of the development and maintenance of detailed project schedules inclusive of design, procurement, construction, closeout, equipment installation, and commissioning activities.
- Provide the Project directorate with progress reporting including schedule updates, forecast to complete, variance identification and opportunities for improvement.
- Presenting the schedule in a visually friendly manner and producing necessary diagrams to accommodate the schedule report and updates.
- Perform trend analysis and actively evaluate project cost and schedule performance to identify potential risk areas, validate forecasts, and communicate those quickly to key stakeholders.
- Assist and drive the change management practices and appropriately capture associated cost and schedule activities. Analyse change order values against current budget and prepare reconciliations to include in forecast at completion reports.
- Reporting on the progress of theses schedules using reporting practices such as Earned Value techniques
- Presenting Schedule updates to the management team, and preparing visual presentations of the schedule
- Presenting solutions to Schedule slippages to the management team
- Assist with the completion of Client Requests
- Coordinate and liaise with strategic partners to incorporate schedule updates to master schedule.
- Auditing schedule received from project elements, within the required time frame to avoid any reporting or schedule discrepancies.
- Must understand and apply engineering, procurement, and construction terminology, concepts, and relationships.
- Help in establishing business cases timelines, taking into consideration various inputs for client, strategic consultants and advisors.
- Attend planned and schedule meetings representing the client with various strategic partners
- Establish and agree various reporting stage gates and templates with relevant strategic partner.
- Hold and arrange regular schedule updates meetings as required for each project as part of the overall overarching integrated schedule.
- Ensure cross functional cooperation and visibility among other departments to ensure alignment on deadline and critical activities.
- Run sensitivity analysis for various schedule changes, showing the time and cost implications for various changes.
- Flag any issues or concerns to management to help reducing the probability and impact of any schedule related risks.
