Ensure HR policy and planning initiatives are implemented as per the business plan and operating plan. Closely work on Organizational Development and organizational change initiatives. Ensure Compensation & Benefit initiatives and Reward, Recognition & Retention Strategies are implemented as per plan. Control & implement short term & long-term workforce/manpower planning and Budgeting for HR department. Plan, schedule, execute and control HR activities to support operations and to ensure timely & efficient HR
