Job Description
The client is looking for a Private Equity Manager who is a financial expert to oversee the entire investment life-cycle for private equity deals. This includes sourcing deals, conducting due diligence, making investment decisions, and managing a portfolio of companies to maximise returns for investors.

The client is a MENA focused financial services firm offering a variety of investment services, including asset management and wealth management.
Description
Review and maintain complex financial models for each private equity investment.Review the monthly reports and financial closing for each private equity fund.Monitor and assess the monthly financial performance of each fund, compare it to the projected model in the business plan and report any deviation.Provide recommendation and corrective action for each fund to the head of department.Handle the value creation for each fund in coordination with the head of department.Identify the key performance indicators to ensure strategic objectives are met.Prepare and review the presentation for the board meeting for each fund.Prepare and review the board minutes of meeting for each fund.Prepare the annual report for each fund.Make sure to meet all the reporting deadlines for the CMA.
Profile
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, economics or a related fieldMaster's in Business Administration is a plusProficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPointMust have at least 5-7 years of investment banking and fund managing.CME 1 and CME 4Excellent analytical and problem solving skillsStrong financial modelling skills
