POSITION SUMMARY
Control Room Lead Operator shall be responsible to lead a team of operators for 2.97 GW dc solar farm in NEOM region. The main objective to operate the PV plant in a safe, reliable & efficient manner by actively contributing to the safety of plant personnel and plant assets.
NATURE & SCOPE
The main functions of this position are:
Lead operations of the 2.97 GW dc solar photovoltaic (PV) farm in compliance with OEM recommendations and approved schematics.Actively participate in plant O&M activities, Commissioning activities & safety compliance workshops.Enthusiastic to propose the Continuous improvement suggestion to keep elevating & enabling the best plant O&M practices.Proactively develop system and practices to encourage continuous workflow improvements and increase the asset productivity and efficiency.Establish diligent Coordination among power elements (Wind/OHTL) & Hydrogen production plant in NEOM region. Plant Performance reporting & Its analysis. Deriving the key improvement area along with O&M team to optimize the Plant performance as per plant O&M KPIs benchmarking.Timely Escalation of system information to relevant team or department as per communication matrix.Manager & supervise shift operation team to operate the plant as per approved SOPs & ensure their compliance to all operation procedure & practices.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSBILITIES
Quality Operation Practices:
Ensure that the team be able to monitor, maintained & restore the generating stations i.e., Inverters within the minimum time frame by performing necessary, appropriate & correct troubleshooting methods in line with OEM recommendations.Responsible for Preparation & review of plant Standard Operating Procedures, Energization/ De energization switching sequences.Ensuring the system fault/incident log are maintained properly with a proper corrective action perform by maintenance team on daily basis either in the CMMS system or manual.Responsible t
