We are seeking a reliable and professional Car Driver in Dammam kohbar area to join our team . This role requires a high level of responsibility, excellent driving skills, and a strong commitment to safety.

1. Documentation and Legal Requirements

(1)Maintain a valid Saudi driver’s license and make sure to carry Driver’s License all the time.

(2)Iqama (Residency Permit): Ensure your Iqama is valid and carry it at all times while on duty.

(3)Vehicle Registration Certificate, make sure carry it all the time

(4)Insurance: Ensure the vehicle is insured and carry proof of insurance at all times.

(5)update daily Driving record sheet.

(6)Keep your phone accessible during working hours.

2.Compliance and Safety

(1)Traffic Laws: Strictly adhere to all Saudi traffic laws and regulations, including speed limits and seat-belt usage.

(2)Road Safety: Always drive defensively and be aware of your surroundings to prevent accidents.

(3)Vehicle Condition: Conduct daily pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure the vehicle is in good working condition.

(4)Any accidents and losses caused by personal reasons resulting in the violation of traffic regulations ,the driver shall bear the full responsibility.

3. Operational Procedures

(1)Your monthly working hour wont exceed 260H,so you should adhere to your assigned work.

(2)update refueling Logbook on time: Every time refuel the vehicle,Maintain accurate and up-to-date logbook.

(3)Communication: Maintain effective communication with admin office and report any issues or emergencies promptly to office first.If any accidents or emergency happens,the driver should report to office first ,let company instruct how to settle it.

4. Training and Orientation

(1)Company Policies: Familiarize yourself with the company’s policies and procedures.

(2)Safety Training: Attend mandatory safety training sessions.

(3)Route Training: Learn the specific routes you will be driving and any special instructions related to them.

5. Equipment and Maintenance

(1)Vehicle Inspection: Conduct a thorough inspection of the vehicle before starting each shift.

(2)Maintenance Schedule:

Clean the vehicle regularly and ensure the interior and exterior tidiness of vehicle.

Follow the vehicle maintenance schedule and report any issues immediately.

(3) Equipment supplies Check:

Ensure all necessary equipment (e.g., GPS, mobile phone, safety gear) is functioning properly.

Ensure vehicle equip with basic needs like tissue,water.

6. Company Culture and Conduct

(1)Professionalism: Maintain a professional demeanor at all times.

(2)Passenger Interaction: Be courteous and respectful when interacting with passengers.

(3)Obtain sense of service:every time be assigned of work,turn on the AC in advance to make a comfortable environment.

7. Reporting and Feedback

(1)Incident Reporting: Report any incidents, accidents, or near-misses to admin office immediately.

(2)Feedback: Provide feedback on your experience and suggest improvements to company processes.
