We are currently looking for a highly experienced and skilled engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 8 years of experience in the field, preferably in the Gulf region. They should have a bachelor's degree in engineering, specifically in civil or geotechnical engineering. The candidate should have previous experience working in third-party laboratories or in civil works/road works contractor laboratories. They should be proficient in relevant international standards and testing methods and equipment. The candidate should be capable of developing required mix designs and conducting trial mixes. They should also have an in-depth understanding of standard requirements related to the work. Excellent communication and teamwork skills are a must, as the candidate will be working with a multidisciplinary team. Proven experience in asphalt Marshall mix design is required, and experience in Superpave mix design is a plus.

1. Develop mix designs and conduct trial mixes.
2. Perform laboratory tests on various materials used in civil and road works.
3. Ensure compliance with relevant international standards and specifications.
4. Analyze test results and prepare detailed reports.
5. Work with a multidisciplinary team to ensure project success.
6. Stay updated on the latest advancements in testing methods and equipment.
7. Provide technical support and guidance to project teams.
8. Manage and maintain laboratory equipment and inventory.
9. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Preferred Candidate:

1. Bachelor's degree in engineering (civil or geotechnical).
2. Minimum 8 years of experience in a similar role.
3. Previous experience in third-party laboratories or civil works/road works contractor laboratories.
4. Proficient in relevant international standards and testing methods.
5. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

7. Ability to adapt to multiple specification platforms.
