Job Description

Job Title: Technical Sales Engineer - Architectural Glazing Systems

  • Nationality: Preference will be given to Saudi nationals
  • Must have a Drivers License

Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Generation and Client Engagement:
  • Identify and generate new sales opportunities for Euro Systems products by visiting construction sites and engaging with potential clients.
  • Build and maintain relationships with architects, consultants, and clients to promote and specify our product range.
  • Utilize technical expertise to present and explain the benefits and features of Euro Systems' products to prospective clients.
  • Technical Support and Design Consultation:
  • Provide technical support and guidance to clients, ensuring they understand product specifications and benefits.
  • Offer design input and suggestions that incorporate Euro Systems products to meet client needs and project requirements.
  • Product Knowledge and Improvement:

Key Responsibilities (continued):

  • Stay informed about the latest trends and advancements in architectural glazing systems.
  • Continuously enhance product knowledge and recommend improvements to Euro Systems' offerings based on market feedback.
  • Business Development and Relationship Management:
  • Identify opportunities to expand business with existing clients and explore new markets within Saudi Arabia.
  • Develop and nurture strong, long-term relationships with key customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Bid and Proposal Development:
  • Collaborate with relevant departments to prepare accurate and competitive bids and proposals.
  • Ensure that proposals meet client requirements and are aligned with Euro Systems' standards and capabilities.
  • Coordination and Delivery:
  • Coordinate with the production and finance teams to ensure the timely delivery of products and services.
  • Keep clients informed about the status of their orders and address any issues or concerns promptly.
  • Post-Sale Support:
  • Provide exceptional post-sale support by addressing client concerns and coordinating with upper management to resolve any issues.
  • Maintain a high level of client satisfaction and foster loyalty through attentive follow-up and service.


  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 1-5 years of experience in the architectural glazing industry, with specific experience in the Saudi Arabian market preferred.
  • Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of architectural glazing systems, including curtain walls, sliding glass doors and windows, bi-fold doors, etc.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the Aluminium & Glazing industry and the construction market in Saudi Arabia.
  • Sales Skills: Proven track record in sales, particularly in the construction or architectural products sector.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English; ability to effectively present technical information.
  • Relationship Building: Strong ability to build and maintain professional relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Effective analytical and problem-solving abilities to address client needs and project challenges.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in CRM systems and familiarity with design and project management software relevant to architectural products.
