Job Description
We are seeking an experienced HR Director to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As an HR Director, you will be responsible for leading and managing all aspects of human resources functions.The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of experience in HR management, preferably within real estate companies. You must have a strong understanding of Saudi labor laws and regulations, as well as excellent communication and leadership skills.
Responsibilities:- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives of the recruitment agency.
- Manage the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
- Develop and implement effective performance management systems, including performance appraisals, goal-setting, and career development plans.
- Oversee and manage employee relations, including addressing employee grievances, conducting investigations, and implementing disciplinary actions when necessary.
- Ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws and regulations, including the timely submission of required reports and documentation.
- Develop and implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and competencies.
- Manage compensation and benefits programs, including salary reviews, bonus plans, and employee benefits.
- Lead and manage the HR team, providing guidance and support to ensure effective HR operations.
- Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HR management.
Preferred Candidate:
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in HR management, preferably within the recruitment industry.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
- Strong understanding of Saudi labor laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven leadership and management abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with employees at all levels of the organization.
- Proficiency in HRIS and other HR software.
- Ability to handle confidential information with sensitivity and professionalism.
