Job Description

We are seeking an experienced HR Recruitment Specialist to join our team in Khobar, Saudi Arabia. As an HR Recruitment Specialist, you will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and making hiring recommendations. Your expertise in recruitment strategies and best practices will help us attract and hire top talent for our organization.

Responsibilities:

  1. Partner with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and develop effective sourcing strategies
  2. Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks
  3. Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates
  4. Conduct phone, video, and in-person interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit
  5. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates
  6. Develop and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs
  7. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
  8. Collaborate with hiring managers to make hiring decisions and extend job offers
  9. Stay updated on industry trends and recruitment best practices
  10. Manage job postings on various job boards and social media platforms
  11. Track and report on key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill and source of hire
  12. Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations in all recruitment activities

Preferred Candidate:

  1. 4-10 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced environment
  2. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
  3. Proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring candidates
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  5. Ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates
  6. Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies and best practices
  7. Proficient in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment software
  8. Ability to handle multiple recruitment projects simultaneously
  9. Detail-oriented and highly organized
  10. Fluent in English and Arabic
