We are seeking an experienced Native Academic Director to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As an Academic Director, you will be responsible for overseeing all academic operations and ensuring the delivery of high-quality education. You will collaborate with faculty, staff, and parents to develop and implement effective educational strategies, and promote a positive learning environment for students. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in education, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for student success.
Responsibilities:- Develop and implement the overall academic vision and strategic plan for the institution.
- Supervise and evaluate faculty and staff, providing feedback and support for professional growth.
- Ensure compliance with educational standards and regulations set by the Ministry of Education.
- Collaborate with teachers to develop and implement curriculum and instructional materials.
- Monitor student progress and provide guidance and support to ensure academic success.
- Coordinate with parents and guardians to address academic concerns and provide regular updates on student performance.
- Lead professional development programs for faculty and staff to enhance teaching and learning practices.
- Manage the academic budget and resources effectively to support educational programs and initiatives.
- Stay updated with the latest educational trends and research to continually improve the academic programs.
- Promote a positive and inclusive learning environment that fosters student engagement and success.
Preferred Candidate:
- Bachelors or Masters Degree English Language.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in an academic leadership role.
- Native English language.
- Strong knowledge of Saudi Arabia's educational system and curriculum.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement educational strategies and initiatives.
- Experience in managing and evaluating faculty and staff.
- Proven track record of improving student academic performance.
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders, including teachers, parents, and administrators.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
