Roles and Responsibilities 
- Work with a pleasant outlook and use appropriate communication channels to connect with existing clients.
 - Build and maintain relationship with our clients to achieve sales plan and drive lifetime loyalty and spend
 - Demonstrate sales execution by playing an active role in sales to consistently achieve or exceed monthly and annual store sales plan
 - Present reports of potential prospects to the management for aiding critical business decisions.
 - Focus on customer retention by lowering unsatisfaction rate, amplifying sales through trending techniques, thereby adhering to the company's sales targets.
 - Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities to analyze the sales prospects.
 - Boost company reputation by approaching existing and potential prospects in-person and on a remote basis.
 - Collaborating with the design, development, and executive teams to understand a product or a service for subsequent promotional activities.
 - drive client development activity and cultivate new and existing clients
 -  Implement a business development action plan, through social events and business bringers
 -  Manage store inventory, documentation of inventory and ordering new stock.
 -  Manage logistics of the store following up on shipments and ensuring on-time custom clearance 
 -  Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual reports about the business.
 -  Prepare, apply and follow up on customs documentation
 -  Follow up actively on clients communication and requests through store website and social media
