Job Description

Responsible for developing the store to successfully build brand image and achieve sales targets. A strong personality, with good relationship building skills, who has good knowledge about watches and drive business targets to drive the business forward. He/She is a strategic thinker who can provide action plan recommendations, make decisions and solve problems.

Roles and Responsibilities

  1. Work with a pleasant outlook and use appropriate communication channels to connect with existing clients.
  2. Build and maintain relationship with our clients to achieve sales plan and drive lifetime loyalty and spend
  3. Demonstrate sales execution by playing an active role in sales to consistently achieve or exceed monthly and annual store sales plan
  4. Present reports of potential prospects to the management for aiding critical business decisions.
  5. Focus on customer retention by lowering unsatisfaction rate, amplifying sales through trending techniques, thereby adhering to the company's sales targets.
  6. Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities to analyze the sales prospects.
  7. Boost company reputation by approaching existing and potential prospects in-person and on a remote basis.
  8. Collaborating with the design, development, and executive teams to understand a product or a service for subsequent promotional activities.
  9. drive client development activity and cultivate new and existing clients
  10. Implement a business development action plan, through social events and business bringers
  11. Manage store inventory, documentation of inventory and ordering new stock.
  12. Manage logistics of the store following up on shipments and ensuring on-time custom clearance
  13. Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual reports about the business.
  14. Prepare, apply and follow up on customs documentation
  15. Follow up actively on clients communication and requests through store website and social media
