Our company is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of project management experience in a similar role. The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing projects from initiation to completion, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet all quality standards. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent organization and communication skills, and the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team. The Project Manager will work closely with stakeholders and team members to define project objectives, create project plans, allocate resources, monitor progress, and ensure that all project deliverables are met.

1. Lead and manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet all quality standards
2. Experince in Non-Profit Organizations or NGO's.
3. Saudi Nationals Only.
4. Define project objectives, scope, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
5. Create detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocations
6. Monitor and track project progress, identifying and resolving any issues or obstacles that may arise
7. Manage project risks and develop contingency plans
8. Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration
9. Manage project budgets, tracking expenses and ensuring that projects are delivered within budget constraints
10. Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders, providing updates on project progress, risks, and issues
11. Ensure that all project deliverables are met and that projects are completed according to established processes and methodologies

Preferred Candidate:

1. Minimum of 3 years of project management experience in a similar role
2. Bachelor's degree in a related field
3. PMP certification is highly preferred
4. Strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively manage and motivate a team
5. Excellent organization and time management skills
6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels
7. Proven experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously
8. Experience with project management software and tools
