JOB PURPOSETo administer general services operations in order to ensure smooth operations efficiently to achieve all department's strategic objectives within Tahakom’s rules and standards.
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensuring that the paperless process is completed successfully
- Ensuring the automation and archiving process is completed successfully and providing continuous support to enhance/Improve the service automation process
- Extract and manage the performance reports for incoming and outgoing letters in the correspondence system to ensure all the letters are managed in a timely manner
- Ensure proper handling of Incoming shipments from external courier services to the concerned person
- Ensure compliance by staying on top of any changes in laws and regulations.
- Assess and mitigate potential risks
- Gathering all the requirements needed to develop the annual cleaning plan.
- Ensure providing the work offices with needed supplies based on the yearly planning activities
- Monitor catering and cleaning services provided proactively to avoid any potential issues
- Follow all relevant policies, processes, standard operating procedures, and instructions and ensure work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner
- Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of systems, processes, and practices, taking into account leading practices, improvement of business processes, cost reduction and productivity improvement
- Promote the implementation and adherence to relevant policies, processes, and operating procedures to others
JOB QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTSMENTS
Knowledge & Experience 3-6 years of relevant experience
Education & Certifications Bachelor’s degree in business Administration or equivalent is required
