Job Description
We are looking for a Property Coordinator to join our team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in property management or a related field. As a Property Coordinator, you will be responsible for assisting in the day-to-day operations of our properties, ensuring they are well-maintained, and providing excellent customer service to our tenants. This is a dynamic role that requires strong organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities.
Responsibilities:- Coordinate and oversee property maintenance and repairs, including scheduling and supervising contractors
- Respond to tenant inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely manner
- Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with safety and maintenance standards
- Assist in the preparation of lease agreements, renewals, and other property-related documents
- Collect and record rent payments, and ensure all financial transactions are accurately documented
- Manage and update property records and databases
- Assist in the marketing and advertising of available properties
- Coordinate move-ins and move-outs, including conducting inspections and ensuring proper documentation
- Stay updated on local property laws and regulations, and ensure compliance
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial reports
Preferred Candidate:
- 3 - 5 years of experience in property management or a related field
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of property management software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Understanding of local property laws and regulations
- Customer service-oriented with a professional and friendly demeanor
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills
- Experience in retail operations is a must
