Job Description

We are looking for a Property Coordinator to join our team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in property management or a related field. As a Property Coordinator, you will be responsible for assisting in the day-to-day operations of our properties, ensuring they are well-maintained, and providing excellent customer service to our tenants. This is a dynamic role that requires strong organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities.


Responsibilities:

  1. Coordinate and oversee property maintenance and repairs, including scheduling and supervising contractors
  2. Respond to tenant inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely manner
  3. Conduct regular property inspections to ensure compliance with safety and maintenance standards
  4. Assist in the preparation of lease agreements, renewals, and other property-related documents
  5. Collect and record rent payments, and ensure all financial transactions are accurately documented
  6. Manage and update property records and databases
  7. Assist in the marketing and advertising of available properties
  8. Coordinate move-ins and move-outs, including conducting inspections and ensuring proper documentation
  9. Stay updated on local property laws and regulations, and ensure compliance
  10. Assist in the preparation of budgets and financial reports



Preferred Candidate:

  1. 3 - 5 years of experience in property management or a related field
  2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English
  3. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  4. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  5. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
  6. Knowledge of property management software and Microsoft Office Suite
  7. Understanding of local property laws and regulations
  8. Customer service-oriented with a professional and friendly demeanor
  9. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  10. Strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills
  11. Experience in retail operations is a must
