Job Description
A Customer Service Representative is responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to customers. They will be the main point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be detail-oriented, and possess strong problem-solving abilities.
Responsibilities:- Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues via phone, email, or chat
- Providing product information and assistance to customers
- Processing orders, returns, and exchanges
- Assisting customers with account setup and login issues
- Escalating complex issues to the appropriate departments for resolution
- Updating customer records and maintaining accurate customer information in the database
- Following up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved
- Providing feedback and suggestions to improve customer experience and satisfaction
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues
- Adhering to company policies and procedures
Preferred Candidate:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic
- Strong problem-solving
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
