Supervises landscaping staff, Assesses landscaping workload and plans or schedules.
Trains and supports staffs and team for proper landscape and irrigation system maintenance (eg. Watering, trimming, shaping of the plants and palms, changing of brokage pipes, changing of sprinklers and shrublers etc) for both indoor and outdoor plants;
Trains and monitor landscape team about using and application of pesticides, fertilizers in a proper way in terms of plantation based of seasonal terms;
Monitors workflow for efficiency and timeliness. Sets priorities based on landscape conditions, weather, special events, etc. Makes adjustments as needed.
Reviews work for quality, completion, accuracy and adherence to internal operating policies and procedures
Determines costs of equipment, materials, and supplies and prices accordingly. Orders materials, supplies, and equipment.
Evaluate the project by site visiting, analyzing and measuring the potential cost and requirements.
Follow up directly with facility management department to solve the relevant project.
Monitor ,control and convince project’s management.
Will be responsible for any other tasks given by the FM department.
