Job Description

We are looking for a candidate with high English speaking skills to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and will be able to effectively communicate with customers and clients. As a team member, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, providing support to our customers and ensuring their satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  1. Engage with customers and clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
  2. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  3. Provide accurate and up-to-date information about products and services.
  4. Assist in processing customer orders, returns, and exchanges.
  5. Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records.
  6. Collaborate with other team members to address customer concerns and improve overall customer experience.
  7. Follow up with customers to ensure their needs have been met and their concerns have been resolved.
  8. Stay up-to-date on company policies, products, and procedures.
  9. Maintain a positive and professional attitude towards customers and colleagues.
  10. Meet or exceed productivity and quality standards set by the company.

Preferred Candidate:

  1. High English speaking skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and clients.
  2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  3. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  4. Ability to handle difficult or irate customers with patience and empathy.
  5. Attention to detail and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  6. Ability to work independently as well as in a team.
  7. Proficient in using customer service software and tools.
  8. Flexibility to work in rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  9. Positive attitude and willingness to go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction.
  10. Ability to adapt to changing processes and procedures.
