We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Director to lead and manage our client’s operations within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This role is pivotal to our growth strategy in the region and offers a unique opportunity to drive business development, strengthen client relationships, and contribute to high-profile projects across government, military, aviation, defense, and giga projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Saudi market. Develop and execute strategic plans to expand our market presence and drive revenue growth.

- Account Management: Oversee key accounts, ensuring exceptional service delivery and satisfaction. Develop long-term relationships with clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.

- Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and ensuring the successful delivery of solutions. Build and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders in government, military, and defense sectors.

- Technical Knowledge: Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of defense and security technologies. Provide technical guidance and support to clients, ensuring they understand the capabilities and benefits of our solutions.

- Project Management: Lead and manage high-profile projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards. Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to achieve project objectives.


- Proven experience in business development, account management, and client relationship management within the defense and security sector.

- Strong technical background with a thorough understanding of defense and security technologies.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with senior stakeholders.

- Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and drive results in a fast-paced environment.

- Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic is highly desirable.
