We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Car Rental Operations in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role is responsible for managing and overseeing the daily operations of our car rental business.

1. Ensure smooth and efficient operation of the car rental business.
2. Manage a fleet of vehicles, including scheduling maintenance and repairs, and ensuring vehicles are clean and presentable for customers.
3. Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely and professional manner.
4. Coordinate with rental agents to ensure proper documentation, including rental agreements and insurance forms, are completed accurately.
5. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure an adequate supply of vehicles.
6. Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and improve customer satisfaction.
7. Train and supervise rental agents to ensure they provide excellent customer service and adhere to company policies and procedures.
8. Manage rental reservations and ensure vehicles are available and ready for customers on time.
9. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business growth.

Preferred Candidate:
