The Head of Engineering of the Company has primary responsibility for ensuring efficient workflow, timely delivery of drawings and models, and maintaining quality standards in line with organizational objectives.

➢ Supervise and coordinate activities of the Design, Detailing, and CNC divisions to ensure smooth operation and timely completion of tasks.

➢ Review and approve drawings, 3D models, and CNC files generated by the engineering team for accuracy and compliance with project requirements.

➢ Collaborate with sales and production departments to understand project specifications and ensure alignment of engineering deliverables.

➢ Implement and improve processes for efficient workflow, including tracking performance metrics and addressing challenges to enhance departmental productivity.

➢ Provide technical guidance and support to engineers in resolving complex design or production issues.

➢ Oversee the maintenance of records and documentation related to engineering projects, ensuring compliance with the Company standards and regulatory requirements.

➢ Liaise with external vendors and software providers to optimize the use of engineering applications and tools.

➢ Develop and mentor engineering staff to enhance their skills and capabilities, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.

➢ Monitor project timelines and resource allocation to ensure timely delivery of engineering outputs.

➢ Represent the Engineering Department in meetings, presentations, and discussions with clients, vendors, and regulatory authorities.
