Job Description

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented مساعد اداري to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in administrative roles. As a مساعد اداري, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. You will support managers and employees through a variety of tasks related to organization and communication. The مساعد اداري is responsible for confidential and time-sensitive material, so a high level of discretion and professionalism is crucial for this role.

Responsibilities:

  1. Manage the reception area and greet visitors, answering and directing phone calls and emails.
  2. Organize and schedule meetings and appointments, maintaining calendars, and ensuring timely reminders.
  3. Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  4. Coordinate travel arrangements and process expense reports.
  5. Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
  6. Develop and maintain a filing system, both physical and digital.
  7. Order office supplies and maintain inventory.
  8. Submit and reconcile expense reports.
  9. Provide general support to visitors and assist in resolving any issues or concerns.
  10. Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.

Preferred Candidate:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  2. Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
  3. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Strong organizational and time management skills.
  6. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  7. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  8. Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.
  9. Fluency in Arabic and English.
  10. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
