To handle the daily duties such as typing the required documents, receive and deliver the daily mail, to secure the stationary required for CEO’s office, supervise clearing and keeping in order of CEO’s office, type the letters, send the same and archive them and the other office works.
To manage all communications issued by CEO’s office and the incoming mails and correspondence, printing, copying, and archiving them in accordance with the applicable rules in the company.
To prepare the drafts of the letters issued by the CEO’s office in both Arabic and English languages, to print them out and send these letters (by mail, fax and email) after being signed by the CEO.
