Job Description
We are currently seeking an experienced Aluminum Sales Supervisor to join our team in Saudi Arabia (Dammam). The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in the aluminum industry and a proven track record of success in sales. As an Aluminum Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales representatives and driving sales growth for our company. This is a challenging and rewarding position that offers great opportunities for career advancement.
Responsibilities:- Manage and supervise a team of sales representatives, providing guidance and support to achieve sales targets.
- Develop and implement sales strategies and plans to expand our customer base and increase market share.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs and providing effective solutions.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities, identifying opportunities and threats to our business.
- Prepare sales forecasts and budgets, tracking performance against targets and taking corrective actions as needed.
- Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on sales activities, market trends, and performance.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and new product offerings, ensuring our sales team is knowledgeable and capable of presenting our products effectively.
- Collaborate with other departments such as production, logistics, and finance to ensure smooth order processing and delivery.
Preferred Candidate:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the aluminum industry, with a focus on sales.
- Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and driving sales growth.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers.
- Proven ability to analyze market trends and competitor activities, and develop effective sales strategies.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Proficient in MS Office suite and sales CRM software.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
