The Trainee Counsellor is responsible to the Trainee Affairs Manager in relation to coordinating and overseeing a wide range of student support services, programs, and initiatives that contribute to students' personal and academic success in alignment with the strategic leadership and management of the College.

They will work closely with students to address their diverse needs and challenges, fostering a positive learning environment and contributing to their overall well-being.

They will conduct one-on-one counselling sessions with students to address personal, academic, and career concerns.
