Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Total Quality Management and Technical Training position at شركة صقر الجزيرة للصناعة والتجارة والمقاولات located in Riyadh Region. The role involves day-to-day tasks related to total quality management and technical training.
Details of Job Responsibilities:
1- Evaluate Quality of product and Service provided by each Technician.
2- Tracking technical issues, epidemic issues of the units.
3- Evaluate technical performance of the Technician and Technical Training and work awareness to the Service Team
4- Evaluate daily performance and KPI of the Technician and set periodic meeting with all the Technical Staff.
5- Control and forecast spare parts consumption. Order, monitor and maintain the stock of fast-moving spare parts.
6- Receiving customers' requests, inquiries and suggestions and sending them to the branch manager to work on achieving them.
7- Explanation and transfer of all information related to the company's policy in maintenance and sales of spare parts to customers in detail.
8- Managing, reviewing, controlling and maintaining the stock of new and damaged spare parts.
9- Request, receive and deliver spare parts to and from the warehouse responsible for it.
10- Providing spare parts for maintenance and installation reports according to the requests of technicians after reviewing the supervisor or the branch manager.
11- Receiving the damaged spare parts from the service engineer technician after receiving them from the technicians and marking them with the work order number.
12- Arranging and organizing the store in a way that maintains the ease of tracking orders.
13- Providing a secure stock of spare parts that are requested on an ongoing basis, and following up on their receipt and proper storage.
14- Handing over the technicians’ kit to the technicians and proving it in their custody on their sub-stores that were established on their own store and belonging to the branch.
15- Receipt of 3 quotations for sales of spare parts and consumables from 3 different suppliers to start the waste disposal process.
16- Coordination with the area leader in the event of a request to purchase spare parts from the local market in order to provide the same required piece with the same specifications.
17- Receipt of spare parts that have been spent on any maintenance or installation notification before confirming the cancellation of the order in the event of the customer's request.
18- Make reports on the branch's total sales of spare parts and services, compare them with the target, and share the report with the area leader.
19- Performs other duties as assigned which are in the best interest of the company
