Job Description
We are looking for a highly motivated Pest Control Sales Manager to join our team in Khobar, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the pest control industry. As a Pest Control Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing a team of sales representatives, and driving revenue growth.
Responsibilities:- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company sales targets.
- Manage a team of sales representatives and provide guidance and support to ensure their success.
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients and identify new business opportunities.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay updated on industry trends and identify areas for growth.
- Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and reports for management.
- Participate in industry events and conferences to promote the company and its services.
- Train and mentor sales representatives to improve their skills and performance.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as operations and marketing, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Stay updated on industry regulations and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and address any issues or concerns in a timely manner.
Preferred Candidate:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the pest control industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and manage a team.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and identify new business opportunities.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
