Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated Pest Control Sales Manager to join our team in Khobar, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the pest control industry. As a Pest Control Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, managing a team of sales representatives, and driving revenue growth.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company sales targets.
  2. Manage a team of sales representatives and provide guidance and support to ensure their success.
  3. Build and maintain relationships with key clients and identify new business opportunities.
  4. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay updated on industry trends and identify areas for growth.
  5. Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and reports for management.
  6. Participate in industry events and conferences to promote the company and its services.
  7. Train and mentor sales representatives to improve their skills and performance.
  8. Collaborate with other departments, such as operations and marketing, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
