As a Therapy Manager at our company in Dammam, Saudi Arabia, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all therapy services. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest standard of patient care and service delivery. This position requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and a deep understanding of therapy services.

1. Supervise and manage all therapy services, including physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy.
2. Develop and implement therapy programs and treatment plans to meet the individual needs of patients.
3. Ensure compliance with all regulatory guidelines and standards related to therapy services.
4. Provide guidance and support to therapy staff, including training, mentoring, and performance evaluations.
5. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate and integrate therapy services into patient care plans.
6. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of therapy programs and make adjustments as necessary.
7. Manage therapy equipment and supplies, including inventory control and maintenance.
8. Stay up-to-date with the latest developments and research in therapy services and incorporate best practices into clinical practice.

Preferred Candidate:

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in therapy services, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or managerial role.

3. Valid professional license or registration in therapy services.
