Job Description
As a Therapy Manager at our company in Dammam, Saudi Arabia, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all therapy services. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest standard of patient care and service delivery. This position requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and a deep understanding of therapy services.
Responsibilities:- Supervise and manage all therapy services, including physical therapy, occupational therapy, and speech therapy.
- Develop and implement therapy programs and treatment plans to meet the individual needs of patients.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory guidelines and standards related to therapy services.
- Provide guidance and support to therapy staff, including training, mentoring, and performance evaluations.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate and integrate therapy services into patient care plans.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of therapy programs and make adjustments as necessary.
- Manage therapy equipment and supplies, including inventory control and maintenance.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments and research in therapy services and incorporate best practices into clinical practice.
- Participate in meetings, committees, and quality improvement initiatives to enhance therapy services.
- Ensure a safe and welcoming environment for patients and staff.
Preferred Candidate:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in therapy services, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy).
- Valid professional license or registration in therapy services.
- Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Knowledge of regulatory guidelines and standards related to therapy services.
- Ability to adapt to changing healthcare environments and implement evidence-based practices.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in using therapy equipment and technology.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
