Job Description

A Sales Consultant is responsible for providing excellent customer service, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The role requires effective communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and a strong ability to understand customer needs and preferences. The Sales Consultant will be responsible for promoting and selling products or services, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and staying updated on industry trends. This role requires a proactive and self-motivated individual who can work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

  1. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through excellent service and follow-up
  2. Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or services
  3. Meet or exceed sales targets by closing sales and upselling
  4. Stay updated on product knowledge, features, and benefits
  5. Effectively communicate product information to customers
  6. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional and timely manner
  7. Participate in sales meetings, trainings, and events as required
  8. Collaborate with team members to achieve team targets

Preferred Candidate:
