Process payroll accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with all regulations.
Manage Iqama (Saudi residency permit) applications and data follow-up for employees.
Collect, review, and process employee timesheets.
Maintain and update our HR information system (including data entry in Oracle).
Process daily HR applications, reports, and data entry.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
Provide general HR support to employees and managers.
Stay up-to-date on relevant HR laws and regulations.
Report to Head Office.
