Responsibilities:

Sales and Business Management:

• Ensure excellence in sales, service supervision, and customer loyalty.
• Implement strategies to achieve periodic sales targets.
• Maintain a flawless store image.
• Share sales results and customer feedback with retail departments.
• Control staff uniforms and store layout condition.
• Manage licenses expiry dates and obtain mall permits.
• Forecast and control the store shopping bags quantity.

Personnel Development and Management:

• Ensure efficient and effective execution of all activities.
• Organize daily briefings to encourage, motivate, and engage the team.
• Monitor the performance of each salesperson and suggest personal development programs.

Operations:

• Observe and apply company procedures to ensure all guidelines are respected.
• Manage staff shifts to ensure adequate coverage.
• Monitor and optimize store costs.
• Manage administrative procedures and inventory.
• Prepare for SALE periods and events.
• Conduct store maintenance checks and control damage stock.
