Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and motivated End-user Support Specialist to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As an End-user Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support to end-users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems.

Responsibilities:

  1. Provide technical support to end-users, resolving hardware and software issues promptly and efficiently.
  2. Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and peripherals.
  3. Troubleshoot network connectivity issues and assist with network maintenance tasks.
  4. Assist with the setup and maintenance of user accounts and permissions.
  5. Collaborate with other IT team members to identify and resolve complex technical problems.
  6. Document and maintain records of technical issues and solutions, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  7. Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements.
  8. Provide training and guidance to end-users on how to use hardware and software effectively.
  9. Ensure the security and confidentiality of all information and systems.
  10. Adhere to company policies and procedures related to IT support.

Preferred Candidate:

  1. Proven experience as an End-user Support Specialist or similar role.
  2. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  3. Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and operating systems.
  4. Familiarity with network protocols and troubleshooting techniques.
  5. Ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical users.
  6. Excellent customer service skills and a patient, customer-focused approach.
  7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  8. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  9. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  10. Knowledge of IT security best practices.
