Experience in carrying out Building Services (Air-Conditioning, Drainage, Domestic water, Fire Protection etc.) design to ASHRAE, CIBSE, NFPA, International and British Standards and Local municipality and Utility Authority regulations
Assist in the design, development, and evaluation of new and existing projects.
Perform heat load calculations and make calculations for plumbing and fire protection systems.
Assist the coordination between mechanical design and other disciplines.
Assist in review and resolve the conflicts between Engineers and contractors/subcontractors
Review & ensure that mechanical procurement strategy is practical and efficient
Responsible for the correctness and accuracy of their own work and the work of the team - Complete engineering work within the agreed program
To coordinate with other design disciplines as required on a day-to-day basis or as set out by the project requirements – Assist in review of all designs for its buildability and ensure it is fit for purpose
Generate material takeoff sheet/BOQ for each project
