Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Sales Engineer to join our team in the Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia. As a Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for driving sales and providing technical expertise to our customers. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background and excellent communication skills to effectively articulate the value of our products and services to potential clients. This role requires a proactive and results-oriented individual who can work independently and collaboratively to meet sales targets.

Responsibilities:

  1. Identify and develop new business opportunities by contacting potential customers and presenting our products and services
  2. Understand customer needs and provide technical guidance and support to ensure the successful implementation of our solutions
  3. Create and deliver sales presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our products
  4. Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth
  5. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in the industry
  6. Prepare and present proposals and quotations to customers, negotiating terms and closing sales
  7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and competitive offerings to provide valuable insights and recommendations to customers
  8. Provide post-sales support and resolve any customer issues or concerns in a timely and satisfactory manner
  9. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, and customer support, to ensure customer success
  10. Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the sales team

Preferred Candidate:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
  2. 3-5 years of experience in technical sales or a similar role
  3. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
  4. Strong technical background with the ability to understand and explain complex technical concepts
  5. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively articulate the value proposition of our products and services
  6. Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  7. Strong negotiation and closing skills
  8. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers
  9. Experience in the industrial or manufacturing sector is preferred
  10. Fluency in English and Arabic is required
