· Establish marketing goals to ensure share of market and profitability of products and/or services.

· Develops and executes marketing plans and programs, both short and long range, to ensure the profit growth and expansion of company products and/or services.

· Achieve the annual sales Target quota for renting the Hall defined by the company CEO and accepted by the Sales Manager candidate.

· Prior experience in the Area of Riyadh will be our best choice.

· Plans and oversees the organization's advertising and promotion activities including print, electronic, and direct mail outlets.

· Communicates with outside advertising agencies on ongoing campaigns.

· Ensures effective control of marketing results and implements corrective actions take place to be certain that the achievement of marketing objectives is within designated budgets.

· Hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.

· Setting individual sales targets for team members.

· Coordinating with the marketing department on lead generation.

· Tracking sales goals and reporting necessary results.
