Job Description

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Branch Manager/Field Sales Manager to join our team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 4 years of experience in the FMCG industry. As a Branch Manager/Field Sales Manager, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the sales operations of our branch in Jeddah. This includes developing and implementing sales strategies, managing a team of sales representatives, and achieving sales targets. You will also be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key clients, monitoring market trends, and identifying new business opportunities. The successful candidate will have excellent leadership and communication skills, a strong understanding of the FMCG industry, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets
  2. Manage and oversee the sales operations of the branch
  3. Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets
  4. Build and maintain relationships with key clients
  5. Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities
  6. Provide regular reports on sales performance and market trends
  7. Ensure the branch meets or exceeds sales and profitability goals
  8. Coordinate with other branches and departments to ensure smooth operations
  9. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments
  10. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Preferred Candidate:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
  2. Minimum of 4 years of experience in the FMCG industry
  3. Proven track record of achieving sales targets
  4. Excellent leadership and communication skills
  5. Strong understanding of the FMCG industry and market dynamics
  6. Ability to build and maintain relationships with key clients
  7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  8. Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  9. Fluency in English and Arabic
  10. Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
  11. Transferable Iqama - having a car license.
