Job Description

We are currently seeking an experienced HR Recruiter to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the private sector. As an HR Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates to fill open positions within our organization. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing recruiting strategies to attract top talent, conducting interviews, and managing the hiring process.

Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies
  2. Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks)
  3. Screen resumes and job applications to identify qualified candidates
  4. Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to assess candidates' skills and suitability
  5. Assess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes
  6. Provide a shortlist of qualified candidates to hiring managers
  7. Manage the recruitment process and ensure a positive candidate experience
  8. Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates
  9. Conduct reference checks and background checks on potential candidates
  10. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system
  11. Stay up-to-date with current hiring trends and best practices

Preferred Candidate:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  2. Proven work experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role
  3. Knowledge of recruitment and selection processes and techniques
  4. Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR databases
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  6. Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities
  7. Ability to multitask and prioritize workload
  8. Attention to detail and accuracy
  9. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  10. Strong organizational and time management skills
