• Be the Subject Matter Expert on network routing and switching issues by resolving escalations

as well as being a mentor to other engineers on the team

• Able to quickly adapt to multiple networking environments and troubleshoot it

• Able to configure equipment, and troubleshoot complex environments is a must including

routing and switching, L2 Protocols, L3 Protocols (Spanning Tree, BGP, OSPF and EIGRP, etc.)

• Deep understanding of Cisco technologies, including: Routing, Switching & Security

• Experience troubleshooting/managing Cisco products including, but not limited to, current Cisco

Router and Switch Products such as Catalyst and Nexus

• Cisco ASA with FirePower Services experience including FMC & FTD

• Experience troubleshooting/managing EIGRP/BGP/OSPF routing protocols in an enterprise

network environment

• Consulting background or experience working with multiple customers is a BIG plus

• Cisco Identity Services Engine experience

• Cisco Wireless LAN Controller experience

• Cisco SD WAN experience

• Data Center experience
