Job Description

Overview of the role:

Manage relationships with Key Accounts / Customers and the sales functions for the assigned specific portfolio by executing sales strategies. Ensure that the sales team (if any) adheres to the company mission, vision and values by monitoring the application of standard operating procedures. Responsible for the achievement of the specific portfolio targets by meeting with key by directing sales teams to achieve targets as required by the Dealer management.



What you will do:   

  • Achieve Quarterly/ annual corporate sales target based on the set budget
  • Develop a strong relationship with potential key accounts to lock annual purchase plans
  • Responsible for controlling pricing and Residual values to enable fleet and CPOV to achieve EBIT objectives
  • Be the single point of contact for all key accounts related inquiries or concern for Al Futtaim
  • Liaise with OEM on all fleet requirements to ensure maximum financial subsidy is provided to close fleet deals and/ or maximize profitability
  • Ensure business process standards are maintained, including the monitoring of Customer data capture and accuracy at all Point of Sales
  • Responsible to CPOV vehicle display/ reconditioning as well as monitor closely stock aging and ensure corrective actions are taken to speed up sales.
  • Manage documentation and legal government relation matters pertaining to the sales function by adhering to the prescribed government rules and procedures to minimize legal implications to the business
