Our client is the first liquidation platform in MENA region, they are startup operating in UAE, Ghana,Kenya and opening in KSA. Our partner is well backed up startup looking to grow in KSA with a market size of 50B SAR.


Job Purpose:

Account managers serve as the liaison between companies and their customers. It is an account manager's responsibility to address customers' needs and concerns as quickly and effectively as possible to develop and maintain strong relationships.


Job Description:

  1. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers. Acts as the client's main contact person and advocate the organization.
  2. Account Development: Understand the client's business needs, goals, and objectives. Develop account plans and strategies to meet and exceed client expectations and revenue targets. And objectives. Develop account plans and strategies to meet and exceed client expectations and revenue goals.
  3. Client Communication: Communicate regularly with customers to provide updates on account status, product/service offerings and industry. Respond immediately to any concerns or problems.
  4. Sales and Upsell: Identify opportunities to resell or cross-sell additional products or services to existing customers. Achieving or exceeding sales goals and quotas.
  5. Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contracts, prices, and terms with customers. Ensure contracts meet both customer needs and business profitability.
  6. Project Management: Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery of products or services to customers. Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources.
  7. Client Feedback: Collect customer feedback and pass it on to appropriate teams in the organization to improve products/services.
  8. Market Research: Keep track of industry trends, competitors, and market conditions. Use this information to develop strategies for customer retention and growth.
  9. Reporting and Analysis: Keep accurate records of customer interactions, sales performance, and revenue data. Prepare reports and analyze accounting performance metrics.


Required Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in account management, sales, or a related field.
  • 5+ years experience in related field
