As the PMO & Strategy Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping and executing the organization's strategic vision. You will lead the Project Management Office (PMO) to ensure effective project delivery and alignment with organizational goals.
My client, a public sector organization is currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated PMO & Strategy Manager to join their team.
Description Establish and lead the PMO, overseeing project portfolios and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.Develop and implement project management methodologies and best practices.Work closely with senior leadership to define and refine organizational strategies.Develop and execute strategic initiatives to achieve organizational goals.Implement performance metrics to measure the success of projects and strategic initiatives.Provide regular reports to senior management on project and strategic performance.Foster positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Profile Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.Proven experience in project management and strategic planning within the public sector.Strong leadership and communication skills.Familiarity with public sector policies and procedures.Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
