Job Description

Drive Government and tender sales and collections.

Increase Al Dawaa Portfolio in Government secor.

1- Sales activities include-- Follow up & tracking governmental procurement platforms-Assessment of potential tenders and direct purchases -Coordination with internal vendors and local purchase team-Preparing and submitting offers and quotations-Tracking offers and responding to inquiries till purchase orders issued -Confirming the availability of goods -Processing invoices-Organizing the delivery of goods .   

2- Collection activities include -Revising invoices confirming the delivery of goods-following governmental payment platforms submitting documents for payments and collection responding to solve issues related to payments and collection-confirming the payments and bank transfers with accounting department

 

Preparing Quotations and offers.

-Submitting offers online.

-Responding to government inquires.

-Submitting documents for payment and collection.

 

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

Pharmacist with sales experience
