Job Purpose:
As an Office Administrator, you will support office services by organizing office functions and procedures, preparing payroll, monitoring correspondence, designing filing systems, verifying, and approving supply needs, and assigning and supervising office tasks.

- Office Management: Oversee the daily operations of the office and ensure smooth workflow.
- Manage the purchase of office supplies and equipment.
- Maintain a safe and orderly office environment.
- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to managers, supervisors, or teams.
- Manage phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
- Make appointments, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Accounting: Keep and organize records, documents, and files.
- Ensure data accuracy and proper file systems.
- Handle confidential information with care.
- Communication: Act as a point of contact between the organization and external parties.
- Coordinate internal communication in the team or department.
- Documentation and reporting: creation and editing of reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Collect data and prepare reports as needed.
- Human Resources: Assists with HR duties such as on-boarding and off-boarding and maintaining employee records.
- Coordinate employee events or training.
- IT Support: Ensure office technology and equipment are operational.
- Project Support: Support various projects by organizing tasks, schedules, and resources.
- Assistance with research, data collection and analysis.
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent, or Bachelor's degree.
- Proven experience in an administrative or office support role.
