Job Description
- تقديم المشورة فيما يتعلق بأنظمة التدفئة ، التهوية والتبريد وكذلك تصميم المعددات للعديد من المشاريع المتنوعة ، العمل ضمن مهندسين أخرين ، مدراء مشاريع ومقاولي البناء حسب الضرورة لإستحداث أو تعديل معايير التصميم
- تحليل أنظمة التدفئة ، التهوية والتبريد والمعدات عند الضرورة لإكتشاف الأعطال والقصور وتصور الحلول لتحسين الأداء وزيادة كفاءة تشغيل المستشفى
- التواصل مع المتعاقدين والموردين لتزويد متطلبات مشاريع ، أهداف المستشفى ووضع المواصفات والبئية التشغيلية بغرض تقدير التكلفة ، مدى الجدوى والمنفعة من تركيب معدات تدفئة وتهوية وتبريد جديدة
- تحليل تصاميم أنظمة التدفئة ، التهوية والتبريد حسب المتطلبات وأغراض السلامة
- تطبيق الخبرة الفنية والمعرفية التي تدعم التصميم ، إختبار وتشغيل أنظمة التدفئة ، التهوية والتبريد بالمستشفى
- إدارة وتشغيل سخانات الطرد المركزية المختلفة وتركيب نظم تقليل الرطوبة والإشراف على أنشطة الصيانة الخاصة بالفنيين
- مراقبة أعمال قسم التدفئة والتهوية والتبريد وتشمل أعمال الإصلاح ، الصيانة الوقائية للمكيفات،الثلاجات والسخانات
- القيام بأعمال ومهام أخرى يكلف بها في نطاق معرفته ، مهاراته وقدراته
- Consult on HVAC system and equipment design for a wide range of projects, and work with other engineers, project managers and construction professional as needed to create and or modify design parameters
- Analyze HVAC systems and equipments when necessary to find inefficiencies or malfunctions and create solutions to optimize performance and increase the efficiency for hospital operation
- Communicate with contractors and other supplier for hospital projects requirements, goals, design specification and operational environments in order to evaluate cost, feasibility and implantation of new HVAC Equipment
- Analyze design for HVAC System as per the requirements and for safety purposes
- Applying the technical expertise and knowledge that will support the designing, testing and commissioning of HVAC Equipment in the hospital
- Manage and operate various centrifugal chillers and install maintain dehumidification system and oversee all maintenance activities for various technicians
- Monitors HVAC Section jobs including repairs and preventive maintenance of AHU, Window Type A/C and Refrigeration and Chiller
- Performs other applicable tasks and duties assigned within the realm of his knowledge, skills and abilities
