Job Description

Black & Grey HR is recruiting for one of the leading manufacturing companies in Dammam, KSA. Our client is looking for a highly skilled and experienced Finance Manager to join their esteemed team. The ideal candidate must be a Saudi national for localization, with a proven track record in financial management and investor relations, possessing a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience.

Investor Relations:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with current and potential investors.
- Communicate company performance, strategy, and financial results to the investment community.
- Organize and participate in investor meetings, conferences, and roadshows.

Financial Reporting:
- Oversee the preparation and presentation of financial reports to the executive team and investors.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather financial data for reporting purposes.

Board Secretary:
- Serve as the secretary for board meetings, ensuring accurate recording of minutes and timely distribution.
- Coordinate and prepare materials for board meetings, including financial reports and presentations.

Capital Market Authority/Tadawul Compliance:
- Stay informed about regulatory changes and updates from the Capital Market Authority and Tadawul.
- Ensure the company's compliance with all relevant regulations and reporting requirements.

Financial Strategy:
- Collaborate with the CFO to develop and implement financial strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Provide insights on capital structure, funding options, and financial risk management.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA or professional finance qualification is a plus.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in finance and investor relations.
- Proven experience as a board secretary.
- Familiarity with the Capital Market Authority and Tadawul regulations.
- Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
