Establishing, monitoring, and managing Project Master Schedule (Engineering schedule, Procurement schedule, Construction schedule)
Understand Engineering, procurement & Construction phase milestone and monitoring

Roles & Responsibilities
Preparation of Baseline projects schedule in accordance to FEED/project scope, contract requirements, schedule specification & project controls document.
Plan & Develop Engineering, Procurement & Construction detail schedule
Liaise with Engineering disciplines, Procurement team & construction team during development & monitoring of schedule.
Developing Project Control Procedures and advising the project team towards the implementation of the project plan and into CPM schedules, floats review.
Analysis of project baseline schedule, critical path & review of periodic schedule updates, schedule compression, recovery plans and Budget reviews.
Setting up Resource loaded Schedules, quantity curves, Manpower Histograms, progress S curves, productivity norms for Plan Vs Actual comparisons.
Performing earned value techniques, CPI, SPI to monitor the productivity trends and efficiencies along with ETC & EAC.
Verifying cost control reports of project and advising management on the action plans for recovery.
Validating Subcontractor’s schedules and integrating in Master Schedule
Thorough Analysis of Monthly Performance project in respect of Budget/Cash Flow Provisions & Productivity Analysis, Benchmarks Vs Actual, preparing MIS reports and presentation.
Plan discipline construction milestone schedule, scope of works, construction requirement, specifications and implement construction activities.
Participate weekly or monthly client meeting, discuss specific discipline schedule, and provide input to project team.
Demonstration of Critical Path, identify events and subsequent delays affecting the work time schedule
Working on suitable methods of delay analysis for Extension of Time (EOT) either by advising on prospective or retrospective methodology
Carrying out Impacted as planned, Time Impact Analysis (TIA), Contemporaneous as-is / Time slice
Carrying out disruption analysis / loss of productivity using earned value analysis or measured mile technique based on suitability of project and records.
Documenting the lost man-hours due to disruption, inefficiency and various constraints lead to delay for the project completion
Carrying out Associated costs for EOT indirect costs, Acceleration and Recovery schedules with respect to direct man-hours, equipment’s et.
