PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

Learn the existing Reliability Availability Maintainability (RAM) model working with external data and analytics team.
Carry out reliability data analysis including reliability data survival analysis, RAM simulations to guide maintenance and engineering decisions.
Update and maintain the JIGPC site-wide Reliability Availability Maintainability (RAM) model.
Guide the maintenance and reliability related engineering decision making by utilizing the site RAM model.
Update the RAM model based on the current JIGPC information. Report any mismatch and identify the necessary steps to mitigate any additional reliability risk.
Work with the site reliability engineers to develop data collection processes and practices.
Develop and own a reliability data collection and analysis work process for all JIGPC.
