Overview of the role:
Ensure that picking lists for PDI part operations are processed in a timely manner. Coordinate with other branches for proper inter-branch transfers. Document all branch operation records e.g. material slips, return documents. Ensure weekly perpetual inventory is done accordingly. Implement and maintain Kaizen 7 storage technique in the warehouse. Assure a proper warehousing system is maintained to be able to pick a part instantly when required. Ensure full and accurate communication with the workshop and PDC teams. Attend and respond to quires via emails and phone calls from workshop and other branches. Prepare appropriate documents and liaise PDC for timely delivery of goods. Ensure proper stock level is always maintained for PDI operation continuity.
