Responsibilities
Assist in the recruitment process by posting job ads, reviewing resumes, and conducting initial screenings
Participate in the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation sessions and paperwork completion
Maintain and update employee records in the HR database
Assist in organizing and coordinating employee training and development programs
Conduct research on HR best practices and assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
Support the HR team in various administrative tasks, such as scheduling meetings and taking meeting minutes
