As we continue to expand our team in Riyadh, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Principal Engineer with expertise in water systems to contribute to our dynamic projects.


As a Principal Engineer - Water, you will play a pivotal role in the planning, design, and implementation of diverse water infrastructure projects across the Middle East region. You will work work with a team of talented engineers and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver cutting-edge solutions that meet client requirements and industry standards.


Responsibilities:

  • Project Leadership: Lead and oversee water infrastructure projects from conceptualization to completion, ensuring adherence to quality, budget, and schedule objectives.
  • Technical Expertise: Demonstrate advanced technical knowledge in the design and implementation of water treatment plants, distribution systems, and related infrastructure.
  • Team Management: Manage and mentor a team of skilled engineers, providing guidance and support to ensure successful project outcomes and professional development.
  • Client Engagement: Actively engage with clients to understand their project requirements, present proposals, and maintain ongoing communication to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Stay abreast of local and international regulations governing water infrastructure, ensuring all designs comply with applicable standards and codes.
  • Innovation: Drive innovation in water infrastructure design, incorporating the latest technologies and sustainable practices to enhance project efficiency and resilience.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with internal and external stakeholders, including environmental engineers, urban planners, and regulatory bodies, to ensure holistic project success.
