We are seeking a qualified and experienced Contact Center Agent to join our team. As a Contact Center Agent, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, complaints, and providing excellent customer service.
In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, so it is essential to possess strong communication and problem-solving skills. You will need to be able to handle a high volume of calls and maintain a positive and professional attitude throughout.
Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner
Provide accurate information and assistance to customers regarding product details, pricing, and promotions
Resolve customer complaints and problems to ensure customer satisfaction
Process sales orders and assist in order management
Maintain and update customer database with accurate and relevant information
Follow up on customer inquiries not immediately resolved
Achieve and maintain individual and team performance targets
